The Vetter Way

The Vetter Way

At every Vetter Health Services facility, everything we do is based on the belief that individuals deserve dignity in life. We all deserve to live a life we choose - with independence, respect, and dignity. That shouldn’t change just because the scenery does. That’s why we’ve created environments where residents have the opportunity to enjoy life and nurture each other.

Our Values

Our Mission

At david place, everything we do is based on the belief that individuals deserve dignity in life. This mission keeps us focused on those we serve. Over the years, we have developed effective methods for providing an environment where dignity and happiness prevail - where service is disciplined by love and true understanding of the elderly individual's needs.

It's our commitment to ensure that our unique philosophy and goals are continued for as long as they are needed, with as much care and concern as always.

Many of our staff members have been with us for many years, and we are proud to say we had the lowest turnover of any Vetter facility last year, at approximately one-third the national average! Pictured are Rose Pflum, RN, 20 years; Margie Struck, LPNC, 22 years; Steve Meysenberg, SNA, 22 years; Helen Hlavac, Lorreta Tejral, and Bev Lambrecht, all 25 years.

bullet Excellent Teams
We will select and develop team members who radiate warmth, compassion, and respect while skillfully performing their duties.

bullet Outstanding Facilities
We will develop buildings and grounds that enhance quality life and are recognized as attractive landmarks in their community.
