I was impressed by the welcoming staff when I started employment here. I like my management supervisors.
Everyone is treated like a family member and not just a staff member.
At times it is really like a big family, good and bad. Leadership tries extremely hard to recognize staff doing something excellent.
The residents are really nice to work with and the employees. I feel like I am making a difference in the residence life working there.
The individuals that we serve and care for make it great. Although every LTC facility likely has its own special people, it is the residents that make my job worth doing. Many of them I could truly call my friends, and they have had a profound impact on me.
